I was treated in April at the Northern General for my heart. On my stay in Vickers 19 was great. Treatment in the A&E department was excellent, however the communication with the junior doctor at ward level was not good and it upset me.
The communication was bad between the Junior doctor and myself, I was given no reason, neither was I informed what was going on until the senior doctor did a ward round.
I would like to thank all the nurses, doctors, pheltotomists and ECS tecs in all departments.
