"Dislocated shoulder"

I dislocated my shoulder quite badly and visited Wythenshawe on Sunday 15th November! The service and care was amazing! I was taken care of initially by staff members who were kind, very gentle and shows professionalism with myself, they demonstrated empathy and really made sure I wasn't waiting long to be treated. I was X-rayed immediately and was given pain killers. We didn't think it was dislocated till the X-rays returned and confirmed my worst fear! As soon as they saw how scared I was about the next set of treatment, they really calmed me down and stayed with me throughout the process of having my shoulder popped back into the joint! The whole team who assisted me were fantastic including the doctors who gave me great drugs to take away the pain and actually performed the procedure! I will always be grateful! This team of professionals deserve recognition and thank you for looking after me so well! Keep up the great work, you're all an asset to the NHS!!!
