(as the patient),

I walked into the Cumberland minor injures unit as I had a swollen face from what looked like a bite. Had started on Friday but got worse as the days went.

Only had to wait for about 1hr which is good seeing how busy the waiting area was.

First stage was with the nurse, he was really friendly and I felt he was really listening to me and wanted to help. Second stage I have 2 women look at my face and they genuinely wanted to help me.

I think it is the best service I have received.

I am delighted that you were so well looked after when you attended the Cumberland Centre Minor Injuries Unit. Thank you very much for taking the time to post this feedback as it is so rewarding for the staff to know that people are pleased with the service that they provide.
