(as the patient),

I've always considered myself to be in good health, however over the last few months I have had to use my GP practice quite a lot. You hear so many negative stories, but I have only praise for the Oxenward Surgery in Kilwinning. The reception staff are always friendly, and I've never had a problem getting an appointment. The GPs are all great - each of them takes the time to listen to what I have to say.
