I wouldn't recommend this dermatology department i would suggest if you have an appointment cancel and book it somewhere else. I can't speak for all the doctors working here but if the doctor that I saw is allowed to speak to and behave in the way that they did then it reflects the whole ethos of the department. I have never had such a horrible NHS appointment with any doctor of any kind and will never come to St Helier again. Doctor concerned had zero compassion, was rude, condescending, abrupt, egotistic, arrogant, conflicting: offered treatment and within the same appointment refused and ignored initial treatment that was offered, refused proper medical reason or explanation when asked to, unprofessional and sarcastic. I left this appointment feeling more than disappointed in the way that I had been dealt with, spoken to, and this shouldn't have to happen to anyone else. Made me feel like I was a waste of time. Needs to do some revision on basic patient care and human interaction.
