"not to recommend"

About: University College Hospital

it took me many visit to A&E and gp and patiently waiting in pain to get to this clinic, at first it looks promising that this clinic would help me to overcome the difficult period I was experiencing with my health as they were good with booking quick appointments and prescribe alot of medications, but unfortunately they dont know much about gastroentrology and they will take tests but not all and cant figure out what it can be altough you are clearly telling your symptom to them, I have been yelled at by the gastroentrologist who did not only not take my pains and sympstoms seriously but tried to make me think I was lying about them.

I am very glad that I changed, and have now evidence of that my pains and symptoms was due to complexions. I understand it must have taken many years for them to get where they are and they can under no circumstances have any respect for the patients since they are superior but it just not the way medicine works, medicine is a collabration between the patient and the doctor and not the doctor alone.

Thank you for taking the time to feed back to us. We are very sorry to hear about your recent experience of the Gastroenterology Service at UCLH. We would be grateful if you could contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) via pals@uclh.nhs.uk or by calling 020 3447 3042 so that we can look into this.
