"Can't understand the lack of communication"

Well my mum is now on her 4th week at the julian.

I have received one phone call about her care. Poor mum is getting worse and worse.

I called yesterday to relay my concerns and the reply is call back in half a hour. My mum has called me 70 times today. Always despra and crying.

Saying she is scared and fears for her life and saying she is in pain.

All we get told is it's all in her head. Even if that is true is it fair to leave my poor mum feeling like this for 4 weeks :( :( :( :(

Hanna, I am very sorry to hear of the problems that you have experienced in communicating with the ward staff at the Julian Hospital site, where your mum has been an in-patient.

I appreciate that this must be a very difficult time for you and we would want, as a service, to provide as much support/advice/information as we possibly can to you, as an immediate relative, at this point.

I cannot determine from your review which specific ward your mum has been an in-patient on, but as Service Manager for the Julian Hospital I am more than happy for you to contact me directly to provide me with further details so that I can look into the matter further.
