"Doing the very best they can"

About: Frimley Park Hospital (Frimley)

I think most people are aware of the constant pressures on the NHS and yet the staff who treated me in the minor injuries unit this week for a deep laceration requiring stitches treated me with respect politeness and genuine care, even though they were obviously highly pressured. What I did observe were some rude and demanding members of the public behaving as though they should be treated as if they were in a five star hotel.

Let's not forget, the hospital staff are there to get us out of trouble and to make us better, give them a break they do a great job at Frimley Park in my opinion

Dear Alison

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

I am pleased to hear that your experience was a positive one.

we are lucky to have a great team in our Emergency Department who go the extra mile everyday to treat patients as though it were one of their relatives sat in front of them.

I will pass your comments onto the team, who will be delighted to receive them.

Kind Regards

Claire Marshall

Head of Patient Experience
