"Dissatisfied so far....!"

On a recent visit to Rowan Ward to visit a loved one, was dissatisfied to find how they were being cared for. Little consideration seems to paid to helping them dress properly and the way they and myself were spoken to by staff was rude and obnoxious.

We were kindly given a side room for the visit but other patients were allowed to wander in and out at will which was disruptive and rather unsettling.

So far during my loved ones' stay on this ward, despite asking, we have not been given any information about their possible condition or what treatment may be considered. Communication between staff and families seems limited to say the least.
