(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

I came into WGH about 4 weeks ago for a knee replacement, I cannot thank everyone enough, from pre-assessment, theatre and ward 14 staff. Thank you to Mr Abass and his team of doctors, all nurses, physios and domestic staff, who were all very busy and under pressure but never showed it. Everyone was very professional and very kind. I really can't praise them enough.
