"The staff were all really caring"

About: Royal Bolton Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

My 95 year old father who has severe dementia was admitted after a fall. The staff were all really caring and looked after him very well. Everyone was so kind from the receptionist who made myself and my husband a drink, the paramedics, nurses and the doctor who dealt with him. Thank you.

It must be very disorientating for a patient with dementia to come to A and E, and very worrying for you, so we are pleased to hear that you were all well looked after. Thank you for posting this

It must be very confusing for a patient with dementia to come to hospital and worrying for the family, so it is good to know that our staff were caring and helpful. Thank you for posting this.
