"All was excellent except..."

About: Solihull Hospital

My experience waas vey positive.I had to stay for three nights to be treated for a skin infection.Everything was fab and brilliant. Except on my first night there there was a doctor who was so rude. The doctor looked at my skin and sas like thats so nasty and showed and another nurse whilst pulling a dirty face only to tell me the doctor has no clue and id have to wait for the dermatologist.Disgrace.

Dear Anonymous

thank you for providing your comments on your recent experience at Solihull Hospital.

I am pleased to read that overall, you found your treatment was brilliant, with the exception of the manner of one of the doctors, who you felt was rude.

I am very sorry that you experienced this and would welcome the opportunity to discuss this in more detail. Can I ask you to contact me at your convenience on 0121 424 0808 or by email: marie.helebert@heartofengland.nhs.uk

I hope this is acceptable and I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards

Marie Helebert
