Whilst waiting to see the doctor with my dad, a kind, thoughtful, organised, compassionate member of staff managed to get his blood test done the same day. This kind of communication between clinics saves so much time, energy and lost days at work.
I commend this person, what an absolute asset to your team. Thank you.
I truly hope they received this message.
