All aspects of my procedure were clearly explained in a friendly and approachable way.

I felt completely at ease and in safe hands!

In the recovery unit, I felt relaxed with all the nursing staff showing the same determination to makie me feel comfortable,by frequently checking Ithat I had everything I needed.

Despite being busy,nothing was too much trouble.

I cannot fault my experience. It was truly excellent!
