"Care in the Maternity Department."

About: Lister Hospital

My lovely daughter gave birth to a beautiful baby boy on November 1st following a very traumatic and difficult labour that resulted in an emergency caesarean being necessary.

On behalf and her and my family I would like to thank all the midwives, doctors and staff who worked so hard to ensure the safe delivery and also to help my daughter who suffered so much.

Everyone was so kind, caring, considerate and sympathetic to us and the aftercare her and baby both received was wonderful.

Special thanks to the consultant for their reassurance and kindness.

A huge thank you to everyone involved.

You all brought us a lot of happiness and joy.

Thank you for looking after my beautiful daughter.

Sounds like your daughter went through a very rough time of it, but equally our staff did everything they could to support her and make it as stress free as it could be in the circumstances.

And it has had a wonderfully happy ending too!
