"Very Rude Receptionist"

Very Rude receptionist. They were in the rudest mood ever. My wife couldnt stand up because she was very tired and weak as she had no food due to glucose test.
Receptionist asked my wife to come to their desk and stand up infront of them even though i was standing there infront of them with all my wife's details. it is the worst thing that you come across at 8:50 in the morning.
They didnt use the word "please" or "thank you" even once. What a shame. . Such an immature behaviour in the morning will ruin your day.
