I have just had the 2nd operation and I cannot praise the department enough. They were helpful, polite and friendly. They also had the time to explain anything you weren't sure about. Everybody from the consultants to the surgeons and the nurses and porters were all so nice. I am amazed at the difference these operations have made to my sight.
