"Heartfelt treatment with a smile"

I would like to say thank you to the staff in the Cardiac Catheterisation Suite, Beedon House, Bedford Hospital for their care, attentiveness & professionalism. Whilst undergoing treatment I was treated with kindness and patience and was kept fully informed of the procedure and the results of the tests at all times. The NHS may have its problems but when treatment such as this is available it is little wonder that it is still the envy of patients the world over.
