What I liked

I was refered from my local hospital to have a Bivent implanted as it was a specialist device. I had the operation within three weeks of the referal and was treated with the upmost respect and dignity compared to my local hospital. Information was provided at a level that I and my partner could understand. I cannot thank all the staff enough and this was the cleanest hospital I have ever been to.

What could be improved

After great thought nothing.

Anything else?

Food on the day ward was good and the best care I have ever received from any NHS hospital. I would recommend this hospital to anyone even if it is a distance to travel to, as it is the best in every respect.
