My daughter has recently returned home after a stay on the dolphin ward. We were admitted from a and e where we were seen by a doctor who was so patient and kind with both myself and daughter and despite being busy took time to reassure me. We were fortunate that this same doctor was on the ward when she was transferred to HDU and just having someone who made me feel was genuinely interested in her progress made a stressful situation far more manageable. All the staff were brilliant and truely do a wonderful job but the nurse in HDU and the doctor named really stood out. A real credit to the department. Thank you all for your care
