"MRI Scan BGH - Staff were brilliant"

I accompanied my very anxious mum to her MRI scan yesterday 10/11/2015 at BGH main X-ray. Despite her previous fear of enclosed x-ray scans (at a different hospital) the staff were welcoming from the minute we attended to the moment we left.

We were seen on time for her appointment and the basic procedure was explained simply with reassurance also given to my mum. She was offered the opportunity for me to accompany her during her scan which was very reassuring for her.

We would like to thank the staff on duty at the time for their help and patience. She feels she would be quite able to manage this procedure again (should the need arise) which previously she would have worried about. Thank you very much.
