"i think the nurses were very friendly ..."

About: Royal Lancaster Infirmary

(as the patient),

What I liked

i think the nurses were very friendly and kind at all times. i was very well looked after the food was ok, and i was in a window bed which was very good as i suffer badly from anxiety.

What could be improved

i thought it was terrible being put together with drug addicts and drunks, i was in a ward with five men two drug addicts, and one drunken person i was terrified all night, but i understand the bussines of the hospital and the way the nurses are stretched with work, but not all good being the only woman in a ward with this situation especially for the elderly

Anything else?

also i was left in casualty a long time before i saw a doctor which worried me a lot i was feeling pretty terrible , but i had seen a nurse no doctor came to me for at least two hours
