It was too busy at times for Joseph to feel comfortable to leave me to play.

The kids really enjoyed having their face painted and making biscuits.

The food was great with a good selection.

Thank you for your feedback, I am pleased to read that you enjoyed the food, face painting and biscuits. It was a busy event, I think that is why the small room was booked in addition in order to offer a quieter room which would be more suitable for some of the children, which is sounds like you used. The workers are aware that the large hall did get too loud at times and will be considering which acitivites go in there in future, for example avoiding instruments.
