"Appalling service"

Staff are rude and unsupportive.

It takes forever to access the mental health service and when you do it is a time wasting exercise. Communication systems are poor, staff attitudes are poor, and they continuously blame their lack of funding for their lack of resources. They sound like a broken record, everyone using the same excuse for their under performance.

No wonder there are such poor outcomes for the youth of today, in my opinion I don not believe they are fit for purpose, some of our most vulnerable young adults are left completely unsupported for months and months.

Appalling, appalling appalling.
