What I liked

We have for over 80 years held the LGI in the gatest esteem having had several "stays" there, even more so when you recently saved the life of our 54 yr old son Martin.

What could be improved

We have appointments for the fitting of new hearing aids, John scheduled for 11.30 -01.09.09, Joyce at 14.45 -17.09.09. In each case transport is laid on as we are both incapacitated. It seems a pitty to duplicate work & resources

I will pass on these comments, including the duplication around transport and appointments for the fitting of hearing aids, to the Patient Relations Manager at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
