"blood test 2 weeks before the 3 months appointment"

This is the most terrible experience I ever had in the hospital (in the past so many other episodes myself and my mum with dementia has experience)

I went to this clinic -Endocrine for an appointment on the 24th of August I was check for a growth hormone wanted me to get a blood test on the day and make another appointment after 3 months for my next visit with the doctor 2 weeks before the 3 months visit

I was told to take another blood test, when I went to hand over my pink form at the front desk they gave me two cards for my blood test and an my next appointment date (23/11/2015) when I went for the blood test on the 23 august the person who was doing the blood mention the doctor was not given the details of my blood test properly anyway they were very helpful and did manage to get what they needs and kindly did the test.

on the 9th November 2015 after taking a half a day without pay from work I went for my blood test before the two weeks for my app (23/11/2015) had wait for 45 mints after taking a number for a blood test. when i went in the member of staff was very rude and said i don't have any details on the system for a blood test request from the doctor. I told them can you see my blood test which i had before on the 24/08/2015, they said yes and i said you can see my cards (this is a repeat test)i need the same test today. This member of staff was so horrible to me and said this is the doctors fault you need to go back to the clinic and sort out with your doctor I went to the clinic the nurse was not sure then they called to find the doctor but the doctor was away for the day so they said they cant help me too. just took my name and hospital number and contact details never got back to me even the next day.

now i wonder what to do I waited for 3 months for my appointment is on the 23rd of November.

I lost half a day pay and my time and still awaiting some one to call me?? this is the laps of unprofessional doctor nurse and hospital staff

I work and pay my tax and this is how this hospital has always treated me.

i use to respect doctors and nurses always this hospital has made my opinion changed.

the PAL service is not helping anybody it is open only for few hours

I think all the staff should have a can-do attitude without looking at the time they are off from work.

So unhelpful and not at all service oriented.
