My 55yo mum is severely disabled and practically immobile with MS and Bipolar, looking after her physically can prove to be really hard work as the clinicians experienced today.
A Dr and 2 nurses in the McNair Centre really put their way out for my mum today for almost 2 hours trying to retrieve a hoist that worked to be able to get my mum onto the bed. They worked so well as a team to get my mum on and off of the bed which believe me is hard when my mum is unable to even sit up unaided. Never have I left a clinical setting so pleased with the care that was received.
I thank them so much
"Excellent care towards my mum"
