"Disgusting attitude from sonographer"

About: North Tyneside General Hospital

Booked in at 5.15 pm for a soft tissue scan at 5.20 pm.

Sat in waiting room 3 as requested and waited patiently for 40 mins. Finally someone asked why we were waiting. Turns out we were never checked in by reception. Complained to staff and was given a very rude response as if I was at fault. Had to wait a further 10 minutes for machine to be turned back on and then was treat disgustingly by the sonographer. Left feeling very upset and stressed feeling the scan wasnt carried out to a good standard and feel I'm going to have to be re referred.
