"Amazing service from when I walked in to when I..."

I visit the dental hospital this morning as I had a problem with my tooth that keeps getting recurring abcess on the same tooth I am not registered with a dentist but been a few times to the emergencys dentist and they all advised me the tooth would need surgically removing which they were right but the referral was 18weeks to be seen I couldn't wait that long as keep getting infection after infection am in agony with it so I thought I would take the chance and go along got there for 7.30am and I was the 3rd person in the Que. got triaged then waited to be seen by a 5th year student who was amazing really put mind to ease as I was so anxious am petrified of the dentist then seen another 5th year student who was also amazing they took my tooth out and comforted and listened to me and explained everything I cannot thank the staff enough for the way I was treated today it was great service from start to finish got out at 1.00 pm I was nervous and thought I would get fobbed of after seeing all the reviews on here but seriously I wouldn't listen to them all I took a chance today to find out for myself as I couldn't cope anymore with the pain and having to wait and it was fantastic the service and the two students are going to make fantastic dentists x thanks again x
