"Extremely slow"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit

Having been here before I am confident that on occasion this unit is efficient however today was appalling. Over 3 hours I was sat in the waiting rooms and moved, hardly any communication would have rather not come at all and dealt with the fracture myself
