"Visted a&e"

About: The Royal Liverpool University Hospital

Recently visited the royal hospital with a friend who was having severe chest pains and was advised to visit a&e by gp, receptionist we spoke to was extremely rude, no manners, wouldn't even make eye contact when speaking and not in anyway helpful about directions where to go, the doctors in a&e were a lot nicer but I found were not explaining things very well, however they were rushed of there feet but everything was very unorganised.
