About: Basildon University Hospital

I am a 72yr old woman and this was to be my first time in hospital.

I would like to thank my surgeon and all of the staff on the Horndon ward for making my experience a pleasant one, nothing was too much trouble and I cannot praise all of the staff enough, you were all wonderful, thank you. (the food was good too)!
