"Excellent"

My daughter has complex needs and is severly disabled. We have been to many hospitals both in the UK and abroad. Frimley Park is one of the best we have attended. The children's out patients and day surgery staff are efficient and friendly. The doctor, whilst under enormous pressure due to an overburdened list for that day, gave us the time we needed and explained clearly the action to be taken. The doctor and their secretary understood our particular difficulties and did there best to make life easier. The waiting rooms are devoid of do and dont notices blue tackesd on every surface and are clean and tidy my only complaint (and this apllies to every nhs establishment) is the lack of room in the waiting area for a wheel chair and carer. We have yet to find anywhere where we are not perched on the end and have to move if someone needs to get by.
