About: Countess Of Chester Hospital Countess Of Chester Hospital Chester CH2 1UL
I brought my Husband into A&E on the 25/10/15 with chest pains shortness of breath and pins and needles in his hand. This was explained to the receptionist and we were told to take a ticket and wait. Our ticket was number 50 and machine was showing number 43. I strongly feel that my husband should of been seen straight away and not had to wait 30 minutes plus to be seen. The outcome is that he is still in hospital awaiting transfer to Broad Green for open heart surgery. I feel the the receptionist should go on a training course so they have some idea of what is urgent. I can not fault the treatment my husband had in Majors, CCU and ward 42 they have all been fantastic.
