Today i accidently put my arm through outside glass. The cut wasn't too serious but as im 13 weeks pregnant i thought it would be a good idea to make sure everything was alright and i didnt need any jabs!
When going to the nurse at reception they said its fine and just need to be cleaned! I confirmed i wouldnt need a tetanus. But what has annoyed me is the lack of care!
The nurses excuse to why i didn't need a tetunus wasnt because i.e i wasn't cut with dirty metal until i questioned the nurse on their answer! Which was you would be covered by your tetunus from a child due to your age!
I am 28! And have had not had a tetunus since i was a young girl so its probably been about 20 years! A tetunus shot lasts 10 years!
This is a constant issue i have found with every experience with this hospital!
I wont even go into past experiences which would blow your mind!
I am questioning if i am even comfortable trusting them with the birth of my first born child!
Awful!!
