"Some staff great some awful"

I had quite a terrible experience with certain night staff, they really didn't seem to care how ill you were, neglected my catheter which nearly cost me a burst bladder are major surgery already, resulting in a further 3 weeks of wearing a catheter.

Day time staff seemed much nicer, with several very consider staff who went that extra mile to see you were ok. One was remarkable! All credit to them.
