Having been extremely critical of (and victim of) poor cleaning at the hospital I am delighted to say thank you for the thoroughly professional and courteous treatment my wife and I received today when we had to use the services of the A & E department.
No-one could do anything about the long wait but the standard of treatment and the level of concern and involvement on the part of the doctor and nurses in A & E was heart-warming.
