Been admitted with liver and blood problems, one doctor overrides another, 10 days and still no proper investigation, delays and indecision over whether to ct scan or Mri scan.

Don't go to Harlow in an emergency!

Admission to hospital and the subsequent treatment and investigation process can be a chaotic and confusing time, as often patients, families and carers have limited information available to understand the treatment plan and the investigation process.
