"Helpful, informative session"

About: Rotherham PCT / Continence service

(as the patient),

I had a very helpful, informative session and learned things about continence to my benefit. My appointment was at the community health centre on the first floor. There was no sign to indicate where to go but a helpful employee found out for me but time was wasted. I think for unusual or out of the ordinary appointments a bill board would be helpful.

I support the organisation in making sure that the voice of patients and the public is heard and used in planning services. This involves running events, managing surveys, and building networks with the local community.
