(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Monica and the team have done a fantastic job of looking after my daughter. She has a phobia of the dentist but has really been put at ease and been able to have treatment. Very caring staff at Hucknall Dental Clinic.

I'm so pleased you and your daughter received such a great service at Hucknall Dental Department.

The staff work hard to ensure they provide a caring and friendly atmosphere which helps put patients at ease enabling treatment to be more accepted.
