"excellent care!"

I had to go to A&E on the 1st November, as I was in agony. Everyone was lovely, caring and nice. The receptionist, the nurse and the lovely doctor, who had to do the dirty job. I hope they will recognise themself, because they made me happier (and healthier!).

It is really nice and appreciated that, when you don't feel so good, the medical staff help you feel better.
