I like the fact that there are three ways to book an appointment

What could be improved

When I tried to book the phones were constantly busy and when I went on line it was not possible to book an appointment either.

I am sorry that you experienced difficulty when trying to book an appointment through the Hospital Booking Service. We recognise that there are difficulties with this service due to high demand. Interim measures have been put into place to try to relieve some of the difficulties that people are currently experiencing.

Progress in underway to introduce a direct book service which means that you will be able to book directly via your GP or on line, this will be implemented in 2010.
