"Bad news too soon after operation at Barnsley G.H"

I went for a Laporoscope at Barnsley G. H. The nurses were very caring it was as if I was family. They made my visit very easy.

However when I was in the recovery ward the doctor came and gave me the results of the Laporscope (without my husband present) i was unable to take it all in and ask the questions I needed to ask. It was too soon after the recovery! He was well mannered and kind but i just heard him say the bad news. I had to make numerous phone calls to find out exactly what was wrong with me. All the calls that were made were answered by very helpful and considerate people. And apart from this issue every aspect of my visit was made easy by the caring staff, please let them all know this.
