"Appointment mistakes caused stress and total..."

i am 23 week pregnant .. i was to have my scan at PRUH today . when i went there it appeared that and appointment was not made with a sonographer but doctor which was not useful at all . Both me and my husband had taken time off work,the stress and disappoaintment was the worst there was not alternative appointment to fit me in today or any day until Jan 16. which means i dont have my scan until my due date ??? i had to compromise on a appointment in Denmark hill and it is late for my 20 to 23 weeks scan .

All the way from Croydon to Denmark hill is a waste of my time off work again and causes me a whole lot of stress i am exteremely disappointed and angry at what happened today
