"my niece care whilst staying at gold tops"

My niece is in her early 20's and recently placed at gold tops after leaving mental health.

It is promised that they will help the young advance up the table to get back into the community and to help them manage benefits etc...

Well this is not the case.

Im led to believe that they have failed to do this but instead they left my niece to fend for her self in a capital city of drugs.

She' s a very vulnerable girl and no clue of a normal life gold tops offered no support for her just left her to defend her self. no activities through the day very minimal visits from her c. p. n or social worker.

She's been in mental health most of her childhood and resided in London until I was able to get her back to wales.

I'm very dissapointed with the lack of service they offered my niece.
