"Beware the car park charges"

I brought a neighbour to the hospital on a Saturday afternoon.

I wasn't aware that the parking ticket system had been activated, the car park doesn't even look completed, and now I have been charged £60.

This seems ridiculous given there were so few cars in the car park.

There is no barrier and no real time indication that parking charges are operational.

Strikes me as a money making scheme
