Had two procedures done (one at St Helier, one at Epsom General) in August and September 2015 after both I needed appointments to discuss the findings. Contacted PALS on 6 November to be told one appointment is in February 2016. I received no communication about this so I would have missed it altogether and be classified as a non-attendee. To me this is unacceptable. However, I commend the person who replied to my email promptly. \still waiting to hear about the second appointment.
