"Friendly, professional and caring"

On every visit, from the time I was greeted at Reception, to the time I was discharged after my procedure, every member of staff treated me with care and consideration. I felt valued and safe, given confidence by the wonderful staff at each stage. At no time did I feel that my procedure was an everyday task, staff couldn't have been more caring. I was given excellent information at each stage, reassured, and an explanation as to why certain processes were followed. I even had a full explanation during my procedure, which helped with overcoming my fears and apprehension. I can't praise this amazing team enough.
