"Community matron service is excellent"

I have the community matron visit each week. Several times she has visited me and I have been referred into hospital for further treatment. It is an excellent service as they are very kind and helpful. She called today, but I missed her as I was at the doctors surgery. She has mentioned that she may not be visiting this week so I went out. I called the number on the card that she left, but it said unobtainable. I will call NHS Blackburn to get another number.
