"Dis organised fracture clinic"

I have had two bad experiences. Today we arrived at 10.15 for a 10.30 appointment. At 11.05 I was told to go for an X Ray, returning to the waiting room at 11.25. in the X Ray dept I had to sit partially dressed waiting with two men (I am a female).I was the last patient to be seen at 13.05, two hours thirty five minutes after my appointment time. The reception desk and cafe had closed before I saw the doctor. There seemed to be no attempt to call patiients according to the time of their appointment. My previous visit six months ago was just as chaotic with a two hour wait after my appointment time passed.
